Product catalog¶
Adjust360 is a governed claims adjudication layer for insurance carriers. A carrier sends what it knows about a claim; Adjust360 returns determinations with their reasons attached, built from the carrier's own curated knowledge and a verified registry of state law, with no language model on the decision path. This catalog describes what ships, component by component, in the terms a buyer, an architect or a partner would use. Internal testing material stays in Engineering.
What Adjust360 is
The layer it occupies, the four runtime components, the two databases, and how it differs from the AI built into claims suites.
Subrogation module
Input, output, corpus, jurisdiction content. Property and Auto, six theories each.
What a carrier receives
The receipt, the brief, the thesis JSON, the two-page case file, the format guide and the glossary.
Tools
Thirteen governed tools, each reading records and writing a trace. What each tool does and what it produces.
Curation Studio
Where a carrier's knowledge is curated, versioned and promoted, and how carrier supersession of platform content works.
Deploying a tenant
The seed bundle, the data packager, the install command and the release folder a carrier's platform team receives.
How it differs¶
Determinations, not scores. An unbundled decision layer on the carrier's own knowledge, portable across claim systems, no carrier data moved. The law is public; knowing which facts matter, in what order, and what to do when they are missing is not.
