What it is

ObligationEngineGKR evaluates jurisdiction obligation records against a claim and computes deadline dates with an urgency status. It runs beside the resolver on every path and feeds the deadlines section of the brief, the limitation-period defenses, and dimension 4 of the complexity index. The anchor for every deadline is a record (RESOLVER-ANCHOR-FIELD-v1); date_of_loss is the only core anchor and a deadline with no anchored date is never computed, only reported as awaiting its anchor .

Rules it obeys

No date is ever defaulted from the wall clock; the reference date is a mandatory run parameter. Deadlines appear on a thesis only for causes on the thesis, each with its anchor shown. A government notice deadline is derived by this engine from the governmental notice section once that section is curated; until then it is reported as not assessed.
